Shipping
We ship nationwide within Canada. We do not ship outside of Canada.
Shipping costs are determined by total order weight and shipping destination. Minimum and maximum shipping rates are estimated when a product is added to the cart. Your specific shipping fee will be added to the cost of your order at checkout.
Order fulfillment
All orders ship next business day. Shipping times will vary depending on destination and carrier. All orders are sent via Canpar, except for destinations in Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut or where a post office box is indicated, in which case orders are sent via Canada Post.
Tax
Applicable tax will be added to all products (except for those classed as Homeopathic Remedies and Foods) and to the shipping fees. 5% GST applies prior to July 1, 2010 and 13% HST applies July 1, 2010 and onward.
Return Policy
Returns of supplements and tinctures will be accepted up to 30 days after date of purchase. Product must be unopened and have 6 months remaining on the expiry date.
Returns of food, pellets (vials), and pellets (powders) will not be accepted.
Original receipt must accompany return.
